What is collected
The bid form collects the selected advertising spot, brand name, website, submitted logo, contact name, contact email, bid amount, optional note and confirmations. Limited technical information is hashed to deter repeated automated submissions.
Bid verification
Submitted details and logos are stored in the protected BrandMyMouse bid inbox. The operator can review the complete application there. One verification action publishes the price, brand website and logo together, provided the amount still meets the live minimum.
Public information
Verified leading prices, brand names, websites and logos are public. Contact details are never public, and unverified submissions remain private.
Visitor totals
A first-party cookie prevents the aggregate visitor counter from counting the same browser on every visit. The cookie is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Service providers
BrandMyMouse uses hosting, database and transactional-email providers to operate the auction. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to administer bids, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations.
